Shipping Information

We work hard to get your order to you as fast as possible.

  • In-stock items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • Sourced / made-to-order items: Dispatched within 7–15 business days. We'll keep you updated by email.

All orders are tracked. You'll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Exchanges & Returns

Not the right fit? No stress — we offer 14-day exchanges on unworn, tagged items.

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • We'll exchange for a different size or issue store credit.

To start an exchange, email us at theclubprv@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

If your item is faulty or significantly not as described, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us with photos/video evidence and we'll sort it immediately.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
