Shipping Information

Shipping times depend on product availability at the time of purchase.

  • In-stock items:
    Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Items not currently in stock:
    These items are sourced or prepared after purchase and typically ship within 11–15 business days.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by supplier delays, courier issues, peak periods, or other factors outside our control.

Delays within the stated timeframes do not qualify for refunds unless the delay is deemed unreasonable and directly caused by us.


Faulty or Misdescribed Items

Customers are entitled to a full refund if an item is:

  • Faulty or defective

  • Significantly not as described

To request a refund, customers must contact us by email with their order details and clear evidence (e.g. photos or videos). Once approved, a refund will be issued.


Change of Mind / Non-Fault Reasons

Refunds are not guaranteed for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with style, fit, or appearance

  • Ordering the wrong item or size

  • Requests where the issue is not deemed to be our fault

These requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but approval is at our sole discretion.


Refund Process & Timeline

All refund requests must be submitted via email and are assessed individually.

If a refund is approved:

  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider

Once processed, we are not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
